Protecting personal information is important to us. At Notable HR we are transparent about how we collect and use your data and are committed to meeting our data protection obligations. We take this responsibility seriously because the data is key to identifying whether there is a correction between protected characteristics (such as age, race, disability, gender, marriage etc) and workplace concerns like bullying or harassment.
Notable HR processes your personal data to promote equality in the workplace and ensure transparency in the way that concerns are handled by your organisation. The information collected is used to highlight workplace concerns and to help build a happier and healthier workplace.

Lola Adegunle is the Data Protection Officer at Notable Hr. If you would like to exercise these rights or make a subject access request, please contact Lola at info@notablehr.co.uk. You do not have to provide Notable HR with any of your data but the more equality information you disclose, the more meaningful our reporting framework. This will enable your employers to identify workplace concerns and provide targeted support to where it is needed the most in your organisation.
